Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from terrajoy.shop, you may request a return by emailing support@terrajoy.shop. Please have your order number ready when contacting us. Our support team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Return Conditions
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must be approved before being sent. Return addresses vary by product and will be provided by our support team.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error.
  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, terrajoy.shop will cover the return shipping cost.
• All returned items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
• For playsets, all components must be fully disassembled and securely packed in the original packaging.
• If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or improperly packed, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error.

Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• Bank processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted before the order ships.
