Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you bought from our website and wish to return it for any reason other than a shipping error, defect, or damage, email us at support@terrajoy.shop. One of our Customer Service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the product and obtaining your refund. Please have your order information ready when you contact us. Issues including shipping errors, defects, or damaged parts can usually be resolved quickly and do not require a return of the product.


Return and Refund Specifics

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your product.

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to a shipping error, defect, or damage.

  • You are responsible for returning the product(s) to the facility we designate.

  • All returned products must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.

  • For playsets, all pieces must be fully disassembled and securely re-boxed in the original packaging.

  • If returned products are damaged due to inadequate packing, missing, or broken parts, your refund will be reduced by the 15% restocking fee and the cost of any parts needed to restore the item to like-new condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products to cover inspection, repackaging, and preparation for resale.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, etc.).

  • We do not accept returns for products purchased elsewhere. This policy applies only to items bought directly from terrajoy.shop.


Refund Amounts

Unless you cancel before shipping, the refund amount will be the original invoice amount minus the 15% restocking fee, minus the cost of any damaged or missing parts, and minus return shipping costs if applicable. Refunds will be issued after the returned product arrives at our designated facility and passes inspection.
